DEPOSIT AND BALANCE
At the moment of the booking the customer must pay an account of 30 % of the total price by postal order to the offices: I.C. Immobiliare Portoferraio Via Carducci n. 13 57037 Portoferraio;the full balance has to be payed 30 days before the beginning of the holiday, by postal order at the same address. Travel documents will be sent out once the deposit has been received by the agency.

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
The arrival is generally expected on saturday afternoon between 16.00 and 19.00. The departure must be on saturday morning by 10.00. You are requested to respect these hours as arriving late or in advance reduces the necessary time for cleanings the apartment for the following customer. If you are supposed to arrive late, over the fixed time, you are requested to call before the agency.

FEES AND PRICES
For residences and apartments the requested fees are for a week ( 7 nights ) and they are for the location of the whole house completely supplied for holiday use. If there are extra charges as additional beds or cots their costs are indicated under every description.

NUMBER OF CUSTOMERS
At the moment of the reservation the customer must communicate the number of persons and this number includes children and babies; if the customer does not follow this simple rule he will not allowed to get into the apartment.

VERY IMPORTANT
Services as markets, swimming pools, sports courses might be closed in low season, when bad weather conditions, a small number of guests or sudden faults do not allow their opening.

ANIMALS
This note is very important for many persons and it is always indicated under every description of the apartments. Some structures accept animals.

CAUTION MONEY
At the moment of their arrival customers must pay to the agency the caution money requested for the apartment booked; the agency will return the money to the customer if there are not any damages to the apartment. In case of departures when the offices are closed, the caution money will be sent back to the customer by mail.

RESPONSABILITIES
I.C. Immobiliare has no responsibility for sudden faults, or changes happened for owner's necessity that cannot be disregarded. We remember that complaints regarding our structures must be notified immediately to the organiser, during customer's stay, in order to verify the inconveniences reported and to be able to find a solution., belated complaints cannot be taken into consideration.

FINAL CLEANINGS
Final cleanings are not included in the fees and they have to be payed at the moment of the full balance. The customers are requested to let cleaned the apartment, before their departures, in order to respect the following customers. On the contrary other expences for cleanings can be charged. Houses and apartments for holidays are normally equipped for necessities of short stays. The presence of electrical appliances as dishwasher or washing machine is always specified; rarely you can find other appliances as blender, toaster ecc.

EQUIPAGGIAMENTO
Le case e gli appartamenti uso vacanze sono normalmente equipaggiati per rispondere alle necessità di brevi soggiorni. La presenza di elettrodomestici, come lavatrice e lavastoviglie, è sempre specificata; è raro trovare altri apparecchi come tostapane, frullatore ecc.

WATER AND ELECTRICITY
In Italy the electrical loading is of 3 kw; besides, it is very important that you do not waste the water, because in summer there could be shortage of water.

HEATING
The descriptions of the apartments always indicate if the house is furnished or not of heating. We must remember that it is not so easy to warm country or summer houses; besides, in Italy there is a law that regulates the functioning of heating.
